Merge changes Ief51e9d0,Iea395722,Ie28612a0,I306be786,Ibcd9dc48, ... * changes: Remove invalid claw test. Clean up drivetrain_action a bit Update auto to new APIs. Rename control loop queues to the new convention. Sanify the format posedge+negedge values are passed in. Update wpilib_interface. Remove updating the old, split-out Y member variable. Copy back a lot of the 2014 code.
