Merge changes I5d69f1bb,Ia28f4e2b,I8ff43073,I325995b6,I3a887901, ... * changes: Lowered elevator setpoint so it goes under the lip. Smoothed out auto. Added pause while lifing the can. Horizontal can pickup doesn't stick anymore. Slowed down retract on vertical can to drop it less. 3 tote auto now works. Fixed profile error while turning in place. Fixed loop time. Added tunable turn acceleration to drivetrain profile. Added hack to fix bug in polytope code.
